Was in tonight for dinner and tried the Louisiana Strip special with Blackened shrimps..let me tell you I'm a picky, steak person and this thing was cooked to perfect medium rare...the shrimp were blackened but still plump and juicy...the mashed potatoes were garlicky and smooth and the broccolini was fresh and crispy. My better half had the salmon which was ehhh. She enjoyed it but after having a bite of my meal she knew she effed up. The service was spot on and the place is a nice neighborhood joint...in the past the food has been a bit underwhelming for the price however if this is the new standard.ite definitely going up hill....I would like to see a better dessert menu and maybe some updates to the bar...the.majority of the bar patrons seem to be in their golden years which makes sense but catering to a younger crowd may just bring a whole new clientele into your establishment......like the Terminator says...."I'll be back"
Always love coming here. The place is beautiful. And the food is great. Jeff our waiter at the bar was fantastic. We got burgers and salads. My only complaint the order of calamari was small. Other places pile it on. But this was left wanting. But the food and experience as always was delightful.
Everything! The food and drink as well as service was OUTSTANDING! We love this place! We've been going to this Resturant since it was called "Lock Sock and Barrel". We ordered Prime Rib with all the trimmings for $4.95!!!! They should have a turn back the clock night and serve a much smaller version of the prime rib dinner, with drinks and desert at normal prices! Annually, this would be the biggest night ever once a year which would pack them in and pay dividends all year long!!
Went to Navoo grill club tonight and the food was awesome!!! Ordered the Thai coconut mussels.... Very light and not overwhelming! Beyond delicious and will definitely order again! Also ordered the shrimp cocktail, shrimp tempura roll and tropical roll! All were extremely fresh and superb portions! Can't wait to go back and try more items on their menu!
Great food, service and ambiance. No complaints. We went with 7 people and everyone loved their food... from the apps to the desserts. If they played some good music, this place would be amazing. We will be going often.
Met a friend from highschool at Nauvoo Grill Club on Friday night. We were pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere. I ordered the Blackened Wild Salmon arugula, tomato, capers, lemon, evoo, red onion, butter beans. And it was delicious! Look forward to trying other menu selections. Mahalo for a wonderful evening. We got there early and had the majority of the dining room to ourselves.
